A Dinner Rooted in Story, Culture, and Personal Transformation
The Harvest Concept Dinner is more than a meal—it’s a living chapter from my book-in-progress, a thank-you to my community, and a reflection of everything I’ve been growing: in the garden, in the kitchen, and on the mat.
Inspired by my recent two-week journey through South Korea—and shaped by a lifetime of service, training, and personal transformation—this event brings together food, storytelling, and performance in a way that blurs the lines between dinner party and my story.
You'll experience dishes that reflect where I've been and who I've become:
-
Korean recipes from monks, masters, and markets
-
Southern flavors drawn from my Louisiana roots and Franklin home
-
American comfort food
-
A mix of vegetables, beef, and seafood
What’s Included:
-
One seat at The Harvest Concept Dinner
-
A deeply personal, curated meal of Korean, Cajun, and American influences
-
Live storytelling from my Korea trip, my life, and my upcoming book
-
Optional Dr. Kimm prints available for purchase (limited quantity)
Please Note:
-
This dinner is free for Kickstarter backers at the Harvest Table tier.
-
Public tickets are $150 each, and space is limited.
-
Come hungry. Come curious. Come ready to taste and listen.
