Join us for a transformative Wim Hof Method Fundamentals Workshop led by certified instructor Steven Roccazzella. This 4-hour experience will guide you through the powerful techniques of breath work and cold water immersion, designed to enhance nervous system regulation, mental and physical health, and a deeper connection with your body and nature.

What to Expect:

• Lecture: Learn about the science and story behind the Wim Hof Method, including how to use intentional breathing exercises for nervous system regulation and overall well-being.
• Guided Breath Work: Participate in a breath work journey set to music, designed to deepen your practice and connection.
• Ice Bath: Experience the benefits of full immersion in an ice bath, followed by a warm-up session.
• Connection: Enjoy snacks and connect with fellow participants, building a new supportive community.

Important Information:

• This workshop is not recommended for individuals who are epileptic, pregnant, have uncontrolled high blood pressure, or have medical conditions contraindicated by cold stress/breath work.
• A detailed email will be sent out a week before the workshop with information on what to bring, what to expect, and how to prepare.
• A waiver will need to be reviewed and signed upon arrival, so please come a few minutes early.

About the Instructor: Steven Roccazzella has been practicing the Wim Hof Method since 2016 and instructing since 2019. As a former law enforcement and correctional officer, Steven faced chronic pain, depression, PTSD, and panic disorder, which he overcame through the Wim Hof Method. Inspired by Wim Hof's personal story, Steven has dedicated himself to teaching others and has been sharing this practice with various communities in Nashville since 2020.
