With specialization being the greatest focus these days for youth sports our kids are missing key foundations like athletic stance, basic core structure, breathing, holding and returning to neutral spine. athletic stance and more. All these foundations are INJURY REDUCTION basics. No we, we cannot avoid an injury but we can train the body to support vital structure to help reduce the risk or severity of injury.
With kids being introduced to weight training younger and younger they also need these foundations. Holding neutral spine while lifting a weight is imperative. Breathing at the right time to brace the core and maintain a strong internal abdominal pressure is life changing and spending time on these foundations translate to one of the biggest platforms to build a massive athletic pyramid from.
The TAC Foundations, Speed & Power and Recover sessions are all a part of our Athletic Development Plan

This class teaches the absolute foundations to our youth athletes.
