For kids in preK-3rd grade with big feelings, Regulation Ninjas is a course designed by a pediatric OT to help children learn to regulate their emotions. Brought to you in partnership with OT Links.
Participants will learn tools to help with emotional regulation and have the opportunity to practice them through challenging obstacles, social interactions, and games. 30 minutes of class is spent in the gym overcoming obstacles. The other half is spent in the classroom learning about emotions and strategies to help regulate them through stories, crafts, games, and more.
Class meets weekly on Thursdays for 1 hour
Participants can play for 30 minutes before or after class in The Playroom at no additional cost.
Siblings can play during the visit for $10 (regular price $22)
