Discover the overlooked foundation that could be holding back your potential.
Join Dr. Debbie Reeves, DPT for an engaging, science-meets-spirit workshop revealing the floor of your core—a subtle but powerful system that drives strength, balance, posture, and confidence at every age.
Why this matters (and why yoga helps)
Fix the “cracked foundation” quietly limiting speed, strength, and stability—so your training finally translates to performance.
Learn why you can get stronger yet not necessarily faster or more explosive (hint: it’s not your quads—it’s breath, ribs, and pelvic pressure control).
Science made simple: 360° breath, posture stacking, and pressure management—plus the small, mighty muscle group that ties it all together.
Yoga advantage: mindful mobility + diaphragmatic breathing = release over-gripping, improve coordination, and build endurance where it counts.
It’s not just about leaks—real life pelvic floor wins Common issues we’ll address (and reframe):
Stress or urge leakage, urgency/frequency
Prolapse/heaviness, core instability, diastasis
Hip, back, and tailbone pain; SI joint irritation
Pelvic pain, painful intimacy, difficulty relaxing/over-clenching
Constipation/straining and pressure mismanagement
Balance, agility, and power transfer that feel “stuck”
Stories & results
Hear simple steps that make a big difference for men and women, how people from 14 to 72 resolved symptoms, and midlife adults reclaimed confidence—by restoring pelvic floor function and coherence with breath and posture.
Feel it immediately (live drills you’ll try)
360° Breath Reset (diaphragm ↔ pelvic floor)
Foot-to-Floor Connection (yoga grounding → hip/pelvis harmony)
Smarter Sit-to-Stand (Zip It Before You Rip It™ integration)
Bottom line: Learning about—and correctly activating—your pelvic floor isn’t just about leaking pee.
If you’re not activating your pelvic floor correctly, you’re leaking your power.
