Re:Generate is a workshop that leverages the power of art and body movement to regenerate, heal and create community.
We will first engage in a hands-on activity to identify
re:generate focus areas and select to-keep gifts to identify goals
for the workshop. We will then engage in a grounding meditation and
gently transition into intentionally and joyfully moving more parts
of the body. Third, we will dig into a convivial, fun generative
art activity and conclude with a sharing activity complemented by
refreshments.

refreshments and gifts-to-keep.

The 90-minute event includes a brief discussion on the healing attributes of the gong, a 62-minute Gong Meditation, followed by sweets and community.
The Gong Meditation is best experienced lying down on your back or a similar comfortable position. Wear comfortable clothes and bring whatever you need to be relaxed for the meditation - yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, eye mask, etc.
