Hello parents,

What happens to parents' night out when you're in quarantine... you get “Parentine.” Parentine is meant to be a respite for parents wanting a break from parenting.

Parentine Night Out will be a 3.5-hour in-person event in which the first hour, kids will exercise and practice Taekwondo. Then they'll play fun games and watch a movie followed by a brief discussion about what lessons they learned from movie or what Taekwondo tenets they saw in the movie. We'll finish the night with some meditation.

Pizza will be served.

Lastly, please know that we've also created a “Quaran-teen” program for teens that will follow a similiar format but with teen friendly movies.
