Yoga for Runners Workshop
Learn how yoga can be your perfect running partner!
This three-part workshop is suitable for all levels of yogis and runners – as well as walkers and cyclists. We'll target all those stressed out areas that get overworked. Workshop includes:
- Vinyasa-style yoga that combines strength-building sequences with exercises targeting the key muscle groups involved in running.
- A cooling flow consisting of poses aimed at releasing connective tissue and tight areas in the body.
- Yoga sequences and poses that are perfect for pre- and post-run.
- Myofascial release exercises using foam rollers and props.
- Postures that help with running performance and injury prevention.
- Guided meditation and breath work (pranayama) designed to enhance running performance.
