We move at a comfortable, unhurried pace that gives you time to understand each pose. You'll discover yoga's building blocks through foundational postures, learning proper alignment that keeps your body safe and strong. We'll explore breathing techniques that calm your mind and energize your body, plus you'll become friends with yoga props – blocks, straps, and bolsters that make every pose accessible.
This isn't about perfection. It's about exploration, gentle challenge, and finding what feels good in your unique body. You might surprise yourself with a little sweat, unexpected strength, or simply the joy of moving mindfully.
Every body shape, size, age, and ability level belongs here. Whether you're dealing with tight muscles, creaky joints, or just feeling nervous about trying something new, you'll find encouragement and modifications that work for you.

Happy Hour Yoga is back—and this one is extra special. Join us for a Galentine’s Day edition designed to help you and your favorite people kick off the night feeling relaxed, connected, and celebrated.
This feel-good flow is all about shaking off the week, moving your body, and enjoying time with your bestie (or group of besties) before heading out for the evening. The class is approachable, lighthearted, and meant to feel more like gathering with friends than checking something off your to-do list.
After class, we’ll raise a glass together. Each participant will receive flowers (a 1 oz rose hydrosol spray), chocolates, and a bubbly drink to toast your Galentine and celebrate friendship in all its forms.
Whether this is the start of your night out or the main event, we’d love to help you begin Galentine’s Day feeling good, grounded, and connected.

This 60-minute partner yoga experience is about more than flying and balancing—it’s about connection, trust, and sharing the practice together.
Registration covers both participants—only one
person needs to sign up for the pair.
Limited to 6 couples.
Through guided partner stretching, mindful movement, and a few playful, beginner-friendly acro poses, you’ll explore how breath, communication, and support come together on the mat. The class is accessible and supportive, with options offered throughout. No prior acro experience is needed.
As a Valentine’s Day gift to you, each pair will receive a small celebration to enjoy together: a 1 oz rose hydrosol spray, chocolates, and a non-alcoholic bubbly drink. We’ll close by raising a glass to partnership and trust.

Inspired by the strength and stability of the mountains, you’ll be guided through meditation, breath, and grounding imagery to help your body and nervous system settle. Mountains remain rooted as storms pass, offering a reminder of your own steady center.
Throughout the practice, gentle Reiki is offered to support deep rest and balance. Reiki is a hands-on or hands-off energy practice that helps ease stress and support the body’s natural ability to restore itself.
No experience is needed. Come as you are and leave feeling grounded, calm, and supported.

Treat yourself to a soul-soothing experience like no other. This 75-minute session weaves together the meditative magic of Yoga Nidra and the healing harmonies of crystal sound bowls for a deeply restorative journey.
You'll be guided through Yoga Nidra meditation, a deeply relaxing practice that quiets your mind and opens the door to pure stillness. Once you're in this sweet spot of calm, the crystal sound bowls take over, sending soothing vibrations through your whole being.
Why's that good for you? These sound waves do wonders—they can melt away stress, clear mental fog, lift your spirits, ease anxiety, and even help you sleep better. You'll leave feeling lighter, more balanced, and recharged from the inside out.
