Dance Yoga is a style of yoga that combines fluid movement with music, where breath becomes rhythm and movement becomes music. Each asana flows like water, guided by the pulse of the drum, the echo of a chant, or the cosmic heartbeat of sound. Sometimes it’s the simplicity of a single beat, sometimes the fullness of a symphony... each note a wave that carries the soul deeper into freedom.
In this practice, yoga meets the joy of dance; uniting discipline with play, structure with spontaneity.
It’s a celebration of the body’s poetry, a luminous, liberating way to express the spirit through motion and light.
We’ll meet at 615 PM to paint ourselves and glow for the evening flow.
Please wear or bring a white or light-colored top so your light can shine brightest.
The dance begins at 7 PM, come ready to move, release, and radiate!
Cost: $30

Through vibration and breath, you’ll be invited to release tension, calm the nervous system, and nurture inner balance—welcoming winter’s quiet wisdom and preparing for the light of the new year ahead.
Open to all levels.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and any props for comfort.

Human trafficking is modern day slavery, subjecting victims to forced labor and/or sexual exploitation. Sex and human trafficking are the second largest business worldwide next to drug trafficking. This horrific crime against humanity happens not only worldwide but it happens in our local communities. However, it is also in our local communities where victims can find the most help, healing, and hope!
