Come experience yoga nidra and tranquil sound while floating in aerial silks above your mat.
Yoga nidra or “yogic sleep” is a practice that involves intention setting, rotation of awareness, body scan and visualization to deeply rest and relax. You will float, fully supported in the aerial swing and receive the tranquil sounds of crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, drums and flute to harmonize the mind, body and spirit.
Dress comfortably and bring an eye pillow/eye mask if you have one. The only expectation for this experience is to rest and breathe.

Restorative yoga is a restful practice in which you rest in various yoga poses for several minutes propped up by blankets and pillows to allow the body to deeply relax allowing the body to open and release what no longer serves you.
Some benefits of Restorative Yoga include deeply relaxing the body and stilling the mind. It can increase mobility and flexibility by allowing muscular tension to be released. It boosts the immune system by opening the body to heal and balance.
Reiki energy can aid in releasing emotional, mental, and physical stress. It may help with conditions such as insomnia, anxiety, depression, fatigue, and pain. It boosts mood and enhances the quality of life.
Guided meditation is a practice of allowing the voice of the teacher to distract you from your everyday thought, allowing a peaceful journey of the mind.
FINALLY dip your toes into a restorative self foot massage using warm coconut oil, learn some simple self massage techniques to relax and nourish the body. Bring a pair of socks to wear afterwards.
