Join Julia Lee for a two-day workshop where we’ll explore the joy of feeling light, strong, and playful on the mat! This weekend goes beyond mastering poses -it’s about deepening your understanding of how your body and mind work in harmony as we defy gravity together.

This workshop makes arm balances both thrilling and achievable, helping you feel empowered and invigorated. Over 2 hours, you’ll have time to learn, watch, and refine your skills, seamlessly incorporating them into your practice. Perfect for dedicated yogis and teachers eager to advance their practice and explore advanced arm balance transitions.

We will explore arm balances tailored to your level, including:
Side Crow, Fallen Angel, EPK1, EPK 2, Flying Lizard, Firefly, Eight Angle, Grasshopper, Flying Pigeon, and One-Legged Crow. Time permitting, we may also weave in headstands and poses like Peacock and Croc.

Build a Strong & Sustainable Handstand w/ Julia Lee "Tiny Yoga Mom" (Cash Prefered)

This workshop is designed to help you develop strength, stability and confidence in handstands. Whether you’re just starting your inversion journey or looking to refine your technique, you’ll receive practical tools to progress safely and effectively.

Over 2 hours, we will work on:

  • Compression & core integration – the foundation for controlled lifts

  • Shoulder & wrist conditioning – building sustainable strength and stability

  • Balance drills & alignment cues – cultivating steadiness and body awareness

For students ready to explore further, we’ll also incorporate optional press handstand components, including weight transfer, lifting with control and refinement drills - allowing everyone to work at their own pace and level. By the end of the session, you’ll feel more grounded, confident, and playful upside down, with tools to continue building your handstand practice beyond the workshop.
