Jane Antonovich is a Feng Shui Designer, clutter whisperer, and professional energy-shifter who helps people get unstuck in their homes—and their lives.
In this fun, eye-opening talk, Jane connects the dots between what you feel on your yoga mat… and what’s happening in your space.
Because that pile on your
counter?
That overstuffed closet?
That drawer you definitely avoid opening?
Yeah… it’s not just “stuff.”
Clutter blocks energy the same way tension blocks your breath—and when things start to flow again, everything feels different.
With her signature mix of humor, honesty, and “oh wow, that makes so much sense,” Jane will help you see your home in a whole new way—and give you simple, doable shifts to create more space, ease, and clarity.
Think: Om for your home.
Expect a few laughs
A few “called out (in the best way)” moments
And real-life tools you can actually use right
away
Come curious… and maybe slightly ready to clear a drawer

Yoga for Cyclists
90 Minutes | Movement + Mobility + Connection
It’s Bike Week and the roads and trails are buzzing — so we created a class just for cyclists. Whether you ride for fun, fitness, racing or community, your body deserves recovery, mobility and balance too.
This 90-minute experience includes a yoga practice designed to support cyclists by opening tight hips, releasing hamstrings, easing low back tension, improving breath and posture, and helping your nervous system recover from all the miles.
We’ll finish with time to connect, ask questions, learn, and talk about recovery, flexibility, injury prevention, breathwork and how yoga can support your riding on and off the bike.
You do not need to be flexible or experienced in yoga to join us. Come sweaty from a ride or come curious. This is about feeling better in your body and connecting with community during Bike Week.
Expect movement, education, laughter, stretching and good vibes.
