Here is your opportunity to come into TGY and chat, learn, connect, be silent, and get out of the house. This event is designed for us to just be together in a space. We will introduce ourselves, maybe we will smell an oil, maybe there is a topic to be discussed, maybe we make jewelry but the point is, this is FREE and will help strengthen our community and your foundation. Join us for our FAMOUS movie night at TGY! We are going to celebrate and connect in our amazing space that is not only for YOGA! Yoga is connecting and spending time together, creating memories and nourishing our mental health. Family yoga will be around 30 minutes and will be accessible for kids 4-12 but let us know if you have a family that doesn't fit that age range. The more ages of the kids we are aware of, the more we can tailor the class to meet everyone's needs. Then, stay for a movie night in the HOT studio. The studio will remain around 80 degrees all evening.
