Designed for athletes looking to sharpen their skills during the off-season, this program focuses on building strong fundamentals, refining mechanics, and improving the consistency needed to excel in the spring.
Coach Frank brings years of experience, a player-first development philosophy, and a proven approach that helps athletes grow in confidence, technique, and game awareness. Each training session includes focused instruction and high-energy drills that support steady, noticeable improvement.
Program Focus Areas

Hitting Development: Swing mechanics, timing, pitch tracking, plate discipline

Fielding & Defense: Infield/outfield technique, glove work, footwork, throwing routines

Pitching (if applicable): Mechanics, accuracy, velocity control

Base Running: Reads, speed work, situational awareness
