Each part of the session is designed to uplift your spirit while also grounding you in community.
We’ll close with a heartfelt sharing circle and a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra, allowing you to fully integrate the experience. You’ll leave feeling relaxed, open, and recharged — with a smile that comes from the inside out.
