Weekly Classes: Wednesday Evenings 5:30pm-8:30pm (I am open to this being later 6pm-9pm depending on the concensus of the group) or Mondays 9:00am-12:00pm

This program is designed to allow you to learn, assimilate and ultimately teach group yoga classes (if you choose to). Many students go through this course simply to learn more about yoga and themselves. It is up to you whether you decide that teaching is your svadharma.

This programs weekly classes can be recorded or you may join virtually should you be unable to attend a class. Some intensives may be recorded but some cannot. If you do miss an intensive that can not be made up, you can take it with the next group.

As a mother of 3, I am flexible and understand that things come up:)

Reset and Relax Do you feel overwhelmed, tired, and depleted during the holiday season? If so, this class is an early gift, just for you!

Join Laura and Kristin for an evening of candlelight and restorative poses. Also, enjoy holiday inspired aromatherapy, a warm soothing eye mask, and, of course, hands-on to help you relax into a peaceful state. Ending the workshop with a beautiful Yoga Nidra meditation and some tasty holiday treats!

SPA Yoga and Yoga Nidra w/Laura and Kristin

Relax and unwind for an evening of SPA yoga ending the class with 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra.  

Bathe in candlelight, aromatherapy oils, a warm comforting neck wrap, a soothing eye pack infused with chamomile and gourmet chocolate to end this specialty class. 

You will feel pampered as this experience includes extra hands on, assist with props and ultimate relaxation.
