Join Melissa McKim and Tricia Glynn for this 3 Hour Intensive focused on learning how to give safe hands-on assists. We spend the majority of our time in Yoga Teacher Training learning how to use our voice to give suggested alignment cues to our student while keeping trauma informed principles in mind. At some point, we get to know our students and with their permission can offer hands on assists to correct alignment and to guide them deeper into poses.

Exploration of the Subtle Energetic Body: Chakra and Kosha intensive
For students who want to delve deep.
In this intensive we will cover the five sheaths (kośas), seven cakra energy centers and the nadis. We will discuss the use of and practice pranayama, asana and meditation throughout. We will also practice testing these centers using a pendulum and self inquiry assessments.
