Join us for a gentle and heart-centered group mediumship and healing experience held in a supportive yoga studio setting. This gathering is designed to create a calm, grounded space where messages from loved ones in spirit may come through, along with emotional and energetic healing.
Not everyone will receive a direct message, but the shared energy of the group often brings comfort, clarity, and deep healing for all who attend. Many people experience a sense of peace, release, and connection during these circles.
This event is open to all levels — no prior experience with meditation or mediumship is required.

Join Melissa McKim and Tricia Glynn for this 3 Hour Intensive focused on learning how to give safe hands-on assists. We spend the majority of our time in Yoga Teacher Training learning how to use our voice to give suggested alignment cues to our student while keeping trauma informed principles in mind. At some point, we get to know our students and with their permission can offer hands on assists to correct alignment and to guide them deeper into poses.

Restorative Yoga, Massage and Reiki

This 2 hour workshop incorporates Restorative Yoga and Reiki, a combination that will guide your mind and body to a deeper state of relaxation. Breathing and meditation techniques to calm the mind and props will be used to allow for a gentle, passive stretch. No experience necessary. This is a “no work” workshop. What a great way to introduce someone new to yoga. Come pamper yourself with a total mind/body escape.
What is Reiki? Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person.
