soothes your nervous system through breath and movement. This is a
wonderful workshop for anyone with adrenal fatigue, hormonal
imbalances and high levels of stress and anxiety.
Breathing, spinal movement, healing at a cellular level - through guided practice and gentle body movement, you'll explore your inner self and develop a deeper understanding of your mind-body connection and how to soothe the nervous system when it goes into overdrive.
You will leave the workshop feeling restored and with new foundational and lifelong skills for self-soothing, movement and breathing.
