A little about me.

I've been teaching yoga for 5 years. I am certified in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin and Yoga Nidra. I am a certified sound healer conducting group and private sessions. I am also a wellness advocate with doTerra and educate people on essential oils and their ability to assist the body. I've worked in the field of addictions for the last 14 years.
