Trail Hike Spring Session: Power Hike, Hike or Gentle Hike (paces for everyone).

**should you only be able to commit to 6, 7 or 8 evenings of
the 9 session, if you let us know prior to booking, we will give
you a pro-rated rate. No need to tell us dates.
*** drop-in spots will be available if room at $20 per night in case
you want to bring a friend occasionally.
We are changing it up a bit this year and only having hiking:
Power Hike, Gentle Hike or Saunter.
As well we will mostly start from Vicki Tree Wellness and
spread deep into the woods and on occasion visit other trail heads.
Great time to learn the forest.
PLUS - there will be a Gentle Stretch To Restore class with
Virginia right afterwards (40 min stretch, 20 min restore), to make
a nice combination should you wish to stay. So really, it can be a
Tuesday Hike, Stretch & Restore. Can't get better than
that!
**Given space is limited, there are no credits/transfers or
make-ups for classes missed Thank you for your understanding.
FORMAT FOR TRAIL HIKE CLASS:
- Hike at your pace for 55 minutes.
- Hiking with the focus of getting your heart rate up and moving your body at a comfortable but challenging pace. The class will divide into 3 groups to accommodate various speeds and will cover 3 – 5km each week. All levels welcome. At your own pace – always!

Active Lil' Movers & Connections (6 Week Series)

Date: Tuesday's May 14th - June 25th (*with
the exception of June 11th* - 6 week series)
Time: 10:30am - 11:30am (40 min active
engagement + 20 minutes of connections for parents & their
little ones).
Description: A fun and active introduction to
movement skills, required to create the foundation for sport and
movement. Class activities help children developed coordination and
listening skills to become a well-rounded athlete. Age-appropriate
mindfulness techniques are introduced to help with
self-regulation.
* All children will
be given a baked sweet surprise as part of registration! -
compliments of Oro-Kitchen.*
Investment: $135 + hst
Location: Outside on the Forest Plank at
Vicki Tree Wellness (3626 Line 5 North-Horseshoe Valley).

The program is designed to encourage active participation and create confidence and independence in our youngest athletes and parents do not participate in this class but are required to stay in the room and assist in.
It is also an opportunity to learn and socialize, connecting with other moms through weekly classes and advice on topics that matter, making motherhood a little more manageable – and a lot more fun!
