Treat yourself to a magical experience. This speciality class consists of deeply soothing, long-held restorative yoga postures while you feel the warmth and gentle weight of heated stones being placed onto your body to promote an experience of relaxation and grounding. This luxurious practice will leave you feeling soothed and nurtured.

Trail Hike or Power Hike 9 week Session: Spring 2024

Trail Hike Spring Session: Power Hike, Hike or Gentle Hike (paces for everyone).

Session: 9 week spring session
Date: Tuesday’s starting April 23rd – June 18th, 2024 (9 week series)
Time: 6:00 – 7:00pm
Investment: $130 + hst ($14.50 per class)
Location: Vicki Tree Wellness studio 3626 Line 5 North
Leads: Virginia, Erin and Kelley
 
**should you only be able to commit to 6, 7 or 8 evenings of the 9 session, if you let us know prior to booking, we will give you a pro-rated rate. No need to tell us dates.
*** drop-in spots will be available if room at $20 per night in case you want to bring a friend occasionally.
 
We are changing it up a bit this year and only having hiking: Power Hike, Gentle Hike or Saunter.
 
As well we will mostly start from Vicki Tree Wellness and spread deep into the woods and on occasion visit other trail heads. Great time to learn the forest.
 
PLUS - there will be a Gentle Stretch To Restore class with Virginia right afterwards (40 min stretch, 20 min restore), to make a nice combination should you wish to stay. So really, it can be a Tuesday Hike, Stretch & Restore. Can't get better than that!
 
**Given space is limited, there are no credits/transfers or make-ups for classes missed Thank you for your understanding.
 
FORMAT FOR TRAIL HIKE CLASS:
  • Hike at your pace for 55 minutes.
  • Hiking with the focus of getting your heart rate up and moving your body at a comfortable but challenging pace. The class will divide into 3 groups to accommodate various speeds and will cover 3 – 5km each week. All levels welcome. At your own pace – always!

Allow the soothing melodies of crystal bowls, buffalo drum, and chimes to wash over you, promoting relaxation and a sense of inner harmony. Join us for 90 min of rejuvenation and self-discovery as you bask in the gentle waves of sound, guiding you towards a state of profound peace and balance. Simply come, lay back, and let the waves of sound carry you to a place of serenity.
