
Functional Movement (Balance & Strength) Fitness Session

Join Pamela, in this safe group setting whereby you build each
week at your own level, around the same group for 8 weeks.
This class is thoughtfully designed to enhance strength,
balance, and confidence in your body. We’ll use a variety of
equipment—including weights (1–20 lbs), resistance bands, and other
props—to support each individual at their own level and build
progress week by week.
Join us in a welcoming and supportive environment where we
work together as a group to focus on improving bone and joint
health, while also nurturing mental well-being.
All levels welcome. All bodies celebrated.
Date: Fridays starting September 19th -
November 7th (8 week series)
