Therapeutic Pilates session. Virginia will carefully guide you
through a week by week progression, fine tuning your skills and
building new ones. We focus on strength, flexibility and vitality.
Whether you are new to Pilates or a seasoned pro, this program is
crafted to challenge and inspire you at the place your body is at,
while building on Joseph Pilates foundational and classic
exercises.
