Join Virginia for this special focus spin class where we work on
our endurance and strength with some drills, some fun and lots of
sweat.
For those interested in keeping cardio and strength over winter,
and shoulder season for your spring cardio fun spring, this is for
YOU. At any level, do join as you have complete control over your
resistance.
Commit to some energetic fun with the energy of those around you to keep you pushing at your pace, pulling back when needed, and pushing forward when PUMPED UP.
