We begin this sacred journey by honoring the spirit of Ceremonial Cacao, welcoming it into our bodies with the intention to open our hearts to healing, awakening and expansion. This plant spirit, often referred to as a magical elixir, gently prepares you and your body for a deeply nourishing experience. It is designed to uplift your mood, enhance mental clarity and creativity, and often serves as a gateway for repair, renewal, and profound reconnection with your whole being.

Healing begins we we feel safe, when the heart opens, and the body surrenders to intentional movement and stillness. Tammy is honored to hold this space for you…a space to listen, to feel, release and remember. Whether you are beginning your healing journey or have long walked this path, may this offering serve as a profound activation of your inner wisdom and sacred metamorphosis.
