Develop resilience in your hip joints and experience deep tissue release in this workshop exploring the importance of a happy and healthy pelvic foundation. With over 20 muscles crossing the hips, no wonder they feel tight. We’ll explore adaptation and advancement of hip postures throughout vinyasa sequencing. You’ll expand your understanding of how the three planes of pelvic mobility support spinal stability, reverse degeneration, and allow you to enjoy functional and emotional freedom.
This workshop is 2 hours with a focus on deep hip tension release, advanced variation of hip opening poses and a healthy understanding of how hips work!
This workshop is non-heated. Wear comfortable yoga clothes to move, stretch, twist and flow. Bring your yoga mat and water. Feel free to bring any personal yoga props if you'd like.
