Meditation and mindfulness with a Certified Meditation Instructor, Danielle Lee!

This workshop will help you continue or start a meditation practice to reduce stress and anxiety, relax your body and mind, and become more present in every part of your life!

Great for any one and any body! You don't have to practice yoga or be a certain age. Great for teens, busy adults, yogis, athletes, students, etc.

Students will learn basic meditation and breathing techniques to bring into their every day lives.

Danielle Lee has studied meditation for over 20 years, and she became certified to teach mindfulness meditation by Guru Ranjit Deora of Charlotte Meditation.

Danielle’s role as a meditation guide is to provide a safe, compassionate, non judgmental environment where students can feel supported, heard, and empowered.

Restorative Yoga 101 Workshop Series

Restorative Yoga is a gentle practice that allows your body to release to create more space for opportunity. When we quiet our minds and allow our bodies to be supported in stillness, we can manifest more possibility in our minds and lives.

In this Restorative Yoga 101 Series, students will learn to utilize bolsters and blankets to experience deeper muscle release, various breath techniques, and the use of mantras to become more present in the quieter moments on the mat and in life. Each student will leave with a deeper understanding of how to support their unique physical bodies and tools to access peace and restfulness through breath and mantras to access ease in everyday situations more naturally.

This series is customized for yogis who usually practice power vinyasa and want to access a deeper awareness of presence and relaxing with what is and balance and enhance their active vinyasa practice.

Space is extremely limited for customized attention for each student and to ensure each student has ample props. Save your spot asap!

Pricing for VPY members:
-- $10 drop in or $50 for all 6 (pay at front desk to receive discount)

Pricing for Non-members:
-- $15 drop in or $80 for all 6

If you can't come to all 6: we suggest coming to at least 4!

What to bring:
--Wear comfortable clothing for a restful and non-heated yoga practice.
--A hand towel (for light support)
--water bottle

No sweat zone:
--Please wear fresh clothing to preserve our beautfiul props for all to use! If you come from a sweaty practice or work out, please bring an extra change of clothes. This will help you relax best.

Please let us know if do not like lavender oil. The teacher may use at the end of practice.
