Ashley Baer is a certified Health & Wellness Coach, 200RYT who has also trained in meditation and mindfulness with and studied with Jon Kabat Zinn, local teacher and mindfulness based Therapist -Lena Franklin, as well as being certified by the Omega Institute to teach Mindfulness in Education.
