It is a perfect way to recenter and ground yourself amongst the busyness of this month, and an opportunity to savor the vibrations of the alchemy crystal singing bowls, gongs and other instruments.

The alchemy crystal singing bowls are 99.992% pure quartz crystal which amplify the sound and they are infused with gemstones, minerals, earth substances and precious metals.

What to bring: A mat (or 2), a blanket or cover, bolster and an eye mask.
