A tool that helps you narrow down your desires through the power of choice. The tool helps you invest the time and energy to visualize your future and consistently reminds you of your life goals.
Bring them all together and you will leave feeling like you can take on anything you set your mind to (by the way, you can do this, I know you can)!
Join Marcia Hoffheins (ERYT-500) Transformation + Mindset Coach for a full body immersive workshop that will guide you through the process of creating your vision for your life from beginning to end.
The day will include:
-Journal prompts to get you focused and ready to create
-Deep Stretch Yoga class infused with Essential Oils and Free form journaling
-Guided Meditation to kick off the Vision Board process
-Customized Essential Oil Rollerballs to anchor you

*Bring any magazines, scissors, glue sticks or other crafts that you have on hand
*We will provide boards, markers, stickers, scissors and stome assorted crafts to support the process

This event is perfect for first timers to yoga but is challenging enough to give even the most practiced yogis a challenging session. Our instructors modify each movement to accommodate all fitness levels. Participants begin with a Vinyasa Flow Yoga class and end with a glass (or two!) of wine. We’ll breathe, balance, connect and even laugh a little — priming ourselves for our post-yoga social hour.
*Because we base our wine purchasing off of number of attendees, we hope you understand we cannot refund those cancelling less than 24 hours in advance.
Join Kathleen and Shino for an unbelievable combination of detox and meditation. A 60 minute heated Vinyasa class led by Shino; postures are linked together in a continuous and challenging flow. Students can expect to sweat! Following this, Kathleen will guide you through a detailed meditation, allowing your mind and body to slip into a deep state of relaxation. Suitable for all levels.
