Align your energies with the season in this Kundalini Flow workshop. Specific Kundalini Kriyas will be taught that will bring you into harmonious balance with the seasonal energies. This workshop is known to raise your energetic vibration!

In Taoism Yoga and Chinese Medicine, we work with the energies of the seasons that correspond to the energy of our organs. Each season a different pair of organs are energetically in 'high tide', and we design a practice to specifically activate the energy so we are balanced in our mind, body and spirit. You'll leave feeling so grounded with a calm energy running through you and a greater understanding of how we mirror the natural world around us.
