300hr Teacher Training and Masters Path

The 300-hour teacher training will inspire your practice to align with seasonal energies and connect you to a community of like-minded yogis who want to deepen their practice and share it with others.
 
Many of our students who suffer from chronic anxiety, pain, and autoimmune issues agree that nothing works like this practice to relieve their symptoms. With their physicians’ approval, several have reduced their medications after consistent practice.
 
According to Chinese medicine, each season has a pair of organs that energetically run the strongest. These organs have energy pathways that run through our bodies called meridians. The meridians are like the wifi signal or electricity that runs the organ.
 
When the energy (Qi) is smooth and efficient, we feel the benefits of endurance from our kidneys, inspiration from our liver, peace and joy from our heart, grounded and nurturing from our spleen, and strong integrity and discipline from our lungs.
 
Emotions we suffer often result from maladapted energy flow. Meridian Flow and Kundalini practices stimulate these meridians to generate a smooth energy flow, which soothes emotional distress.
 
Harvard Medical School has implemented yoga and tai chi into its medical curriculum, and doctors now recommend them to their patients as a form of healing.
 
This is the beginning of yoga becoming part of our society's way of healing from trauma, chronic pain, anxiety, depression, and autoimmune issues.
 
Do you want to be part of this revolution to spread yoga and medical qigong to those who could benefit from them? Many students have expressed that these practices help them more than prescribed medications.
 
The 300-hour teacher training students come from various professions, including nurses, doctors, teachers, social workers, fitness trainers, and therapists. These professionals use these practices to help their students, clients, and patients find relief.
 
If you'd like to stay inspired with other yogis, learn seasonal yoga and qigong practices, meditations, and breathwork, and have deep, meaningful conversations reflecting how the ancient teachings pertain to our current lives, consider joining us.
 
The schedule meets one weekend per month (except February and July).
 
A 2-year unlimited membership is included in the 300-hour training.

STUDIO The Wisdom of Yin: Tao Te Ching

Yin yoga is a deep release of the ~issues in our tissues~. When we breathe deeply and allow the body and mind to release, we create space for wisdom to occur.
Throughout this yin class of long-held passive stretches, the wisdom of the ancient teachings of the Tao te Ching will be woven throughout the class. Afterward, we will journal about how these teachings reflect in our lives and follow with a community discussion. This is a beautiful way to understand these ancient teachings and how relevant and helpful they are. The Tao is known as Nature's Truth, or the natural order of things. It's deeply grounding and resonates with timeless wisdom.
Come join us, you'll feel so relaxed and soothed, and probably come away with some 'ah ha' realizations, as well as connect to like-minded yogis on the path to freedom.
