Qigong is a meditative movement that's relatively simple, yet has a profound effect on our nervous system and energy. Qi means energy, Gong means work, therefore Qigong means energy work.
This workshop will include breathwork, meditation, both dynamic standing qigong and more passive seated qigong, a qi facial, and finishing with chanting. You'll leave relaxed refreshed and connected to a like-minded community.
Join us virtually for this dynamic qigong workshop. This will include breathwork, standing and seated qigong and chanting.
In Taoism Yoga and Chinese Medicine, we work with the energies
of the seasons that correspond to the energy of our organs. Each
season a different pair of organs are energetically in 'high tide',
and we design a practice to specifically activate the energy so we
are balanced in our mind, body and spirit. You'll leave feeling so
grounded with a calm energy running through you and a greater
understanding of how we mirror the natural world around us.
You'll be so glad you did!
