This training weekend is for the students in the second year of the 300-hour teacher training or Masters Path. Students who have completed the 300-hour training are welcome to join as well.
Qigong is a meditative movement that's relatively simple, yet has a profound effect on our nervous system and energy. Qi means energy, Gong means work, therefore Qigong means energy work.
This workshop will include breathwork, meditation, both dynamic standing qigong and more passive seated qigong, a qi facial, and finishing with chanting. You'll leave relaxed refreshed and connected to a like-minded community.
