
Midday Stretch and Mindfulness
Relieve stress and ease tired muscles with a weekly stretch and meditation series. This 8-week series will begin by focusing on a gentle midday stretch with an introduction to meditation. As the series progresses, there will be more focus on advancing your meditation practice with tips on how it can be a part of your regular routine.
The stretch portion will be an invigorating midday break to target those areas most affected by time spent working at a computer and sitting at a desk. The introduction to meditation will start by showing you how approachable meditation can be for everyone with guided instruction. As you become more comfortable in your practice, the focus of the class will include longer meditation sessions to bring you the restorative and mindful benefits of this stress relieving practice.
