Alkermes Couch to 5K

- This 8-week training program will consist of a weekly 60-minute, in person meet ups with a run clinic and instructor led group run. The clinics will focus on proper form, stretching/mobility and/or strength training.
- The program design begins with intervals of walking and running and then slowly progresses as the weeks go on. Each participant will be given a detailed plan outlining the program schedule. Your run coach is also here for you every step of the way and is available via email for questions or concerns throughout your training. The goal of the program is by the end of the 8th week, you’ll be race ready!
