12 Week Sampler Fitness Class
This exciting 12-week series will allow you to try out a variety of group fitness classes from strength training, to Pilates and dance.
Weeks 1-3 will begin with a group strength class. We'll move through a total body workout using a mix of equipment and bodyweight exercises, mixed with cardio intervals to get your heart rate up and challenge every muscle. Come ready to work, sweat and have fun!
