This series is designed for new students or those looking to refine their foundation. You’ll learn the fundamentals of yoga in a supportive, non-competitive environment alongside students of similar experience. Each class moves at a slower, intentional pace with a focus on alignment, breathing, and body awareness—helping you build strength, balance, and flexibility from the ground up.

You’ll explore:

  • Yogic breathing and relaxation techniques

  • Foundational yoga postures and safe alignment

  • How to bring mindfulness into your daily life and home practice

Curriculum Overview (subject to group needs):
Week 1: What is Yoga?
Week 2: Pranayama (Breathwork) & Movement
Week 3: Sun Salutation A
Week 4: Warrior Series
Week 5: Balancing & Seated Poses
Week 6: Heart-Opening Poses

Includes access to our On Demand Video Library for at-home practice and review.


Details & Registration

  • Investment: $150 for 6 weeks

  • Pre-registration required (no drop-ins)

  • If you miss Week 1, you may join by Week 2 (space permitting) — full course fee still applies.

  • No refunds, credits, or transfers for missed classes. If you cancel before the series begins (minimum 24-hour notice), your payment can be transferred to the next session.

  • Complete all 6 classes and receive $25 off your next class pack purchase!

Upgrade for just $75 more and enjoy Unlimited Access to all regularly scheduled Warrior Goddess Fitness classes for the full 6 weeks!
