Krav Maga heightens perception and turns fear into something more productive.

Sometimes the communities that most need self-defense knowledge have difficulty finding a comfortable and welcoming training environment. With rising politicization and targeting of the LGBTQ+ community, we feel it’s important to create that space.

Watchdog Krav Maga is offering an introductory workshop to learn the basics of self-defense in an inclusive, safe, and welcoming environment. Taught by instructors who are LGBT and allies, this workshop will cover situational awareness, prevention, and defenses against common attacks and threats, with space for questions and discussion at the end.
