Experience a practice that dates back 5000 years, Li Da Tapping Qigong, distinct from the modern Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). What is often marketed as new or revolutionary is rooted in ancient Chinese medicine.
Learn from an authentic Qigong master who will guide you in harnessing the profound benefits of this time-tested practice. Discover the true essence of Qigong and its transformative power.
What is Tapping?
The spine is known as the 'heavenly pillar'.
The 'thrusting meridian' or 'Chong Mai'.
This is an exclusive Qigong workshop where you'll have the rare opportunity to learn the ancient Li Da tapping techniques and spine-adjusting methods passed down to Master Shifu Orlando Schiaffino from his Taoist mentor Grand Master Lau Laos who learned these techniques directly from two bodyguards of President Mao Zedong's Red Army to release emotions.
Experience the power of self-healing through touch.
Learn to eliminate tension and inflammation by tapping close to the bones and specific areas of the body using natural hand and fist movements.
Whether you're new to Qigong or a seasoned practitioner, join us and discover the transformative potential of this ancient practice for your physical and emotional well-being.
With 41 years of experience and 25 years teaching Qigong in the US, this is the first time Shifu Orlando will share these unique techniques with the participants.
Don't miss out on this one-of-a-kind opportunity to tap into the wisdom of ancient Qigong.
Taichi Wudang.

Many people know what they want to change in their lives—yet
they find themselves repeating the same emotional reactions and
behavioral patterns. Experiences—especially stressful or traumatic
ones—can be recorded in the nervous system automatically and
outside conscious awareness. When the body interprets an
experience as threatening or unsafe, it can store that event as a
pattern that later becomes an emotional trigger.
In this engaging workshop, you’ll learn how the nervous system and the body’s energy system work together to store and activate emotional patterns, and how energy psychology techniques can help identify and release these triggers.
What participants will learn:
- Understand how the nervous system stores emotional experiences
- Learn why certain situations trigger strong reactions
- Discover techniques to release stuck emotional patterns
- Create greater emotional resilience and clarity
Speaker:

Her work integrates counseling, coaching, nervous system awareness, and energy psychology to help people identify and release subconscious patterns that keep them stuck in repeating emotional or behavioral cycles.
3-Hour YACEP Continuing Education Workshop – 3 Yoga
Alliance CEUs
This continuing education workshop explores how modern movement
science can enhance and support traditional yoga practice. Designed
for yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners, the training blends
classical yoga alignment with Animal Flow ground-based movement and
mobility techniques that promote joint health, strength, and
longevity.
Participants will explore joint-controlled mobility drills inspired
by contemporary movement science alongside foundational Animal Flow
positions and transitions. These techniques improve joint
stability, coordination, and body awareness while supporting
healthier shoulders, hips, and spine over a lifetime of practice.
Through guided movement exploration and sequencing exercises,
teachers will learn how to integrate mobility preparation and
ground-based transitions into traditional yoga classes. The result
is a more balanced approach that moves beyond passive stretching
toward intelligent strength, control, and resilience.
Drawing on over four decades of experience in yoga, dance, and
functional fitness education, Patty Jimenez Hamilton offers
practical tools to help teachers expand their movement vocabulary
while maintaining the integrity and intention of yoga practice.
Learning Objectives
Participants will:
• Understand the difference between flexibility, mobility, and
joint stability
• Experience foundational Animal Flow positions and
transitions
• Explore joint preparation and mobility drills that support
longevity in the knees, neck, shoulders, ankles, and hips
• Learn how to incorporate mobility-based warm-ups into yoga
classes
• Develop creative sequencing that blends yoga postures with
