Join us for a Women’s Sacred Circle at Wendy Fit Yoga & Pilates w/ Tamara Rokicki and Valentina Leone

Celebrate Women’s Month in a nourishing, heart-centered gathering designed to help you reconnect with your feminine essence.

Together with instructors Valentina and Tamara, we’ll create a sacred space through gentle altar making, flow through an uplifting yoga practice, sink into restorative meditation, and close with tea and meaningful sharing in circle.
