Everyone's talking about the new normal. We see it everywhere, on the news, with our friends and family, at our children's schools, and at our jobs.
What is the new normal?!?!
Over this past year, have you experienced a change in what you define as a friend, what true work life balance is, or what is important to you in everyday life?
Join us on April 15th from 7:45pm to 8:45pm in the studio for a great group support session facilitated by Rooted Lancaster LLC. Here, we'll explore common themes including but not limited to:
- Anxiety around resuming a social life
- Redefining values and expectations for the self and others
- Revamping our family and our relationship dynamics
Screw the new normal! Right now is an optimum time to redefine our habits, our roots, and our confidence in how we interact with the world.
This intimate evening is facilitated by professionals from Rooted Lancaster LLC, Allie Lindt LMFT and Dana Hampton LPC, to guide the group. The support group takes place in a space that is safe, accepting, and confidential. Masks and social distancing etiquette will be honored and all are welcome. Light snacks will be provided and wear comfortable clothing that you feel good and at ease in.
Leave this evening with a positive sense of self, knowing that you are not alone with your thoughts about the changes in your life. We can't wait to see you!
