Join us for discussion, as well as an opportunity to practice breath and movement's in order self-regulate.
 
In addition each man will have a chance to somatically move through an release stuck patterns, emotions and limiting beliefs.
 

- This group is open to all males & those who identify as male, ages 18- 118.

On the Fourth Friday of each month, we invite you to join our community of men, where we seek to uplift one another and be real with each other.

We chose mountains as a symbol for this group because they capture the aspects of earth, solidity, and centeredness. They also reach upwards towards the heavens, calling us to grow and find our higher purpose.

Keith Silliman-Matthews leads this 60 minute workshop will include guided meditation, sharing and dialogue. Monthly, a volunteer group Member or guest will bring something to share- adding discovery and interest each month.

An awareness of the presence accompanies a conscious yoga sleep through this specific practice. Research has shown that yoga nidra may reduce symproms of anxiety, reduce pain, and may offer psychological benefits to practitioners.

This class is suitable for all. Practitoners will lay in savasana (corps pose) and are encouraged to wear layers for comfort. Props are available to use including blankets, blocks, bolsters, and more. Practitioners are also welcome to bring props from their home.

Modern neuroscience and traditional tools are fused together in a holistic framework carefully designed to reset your nervous system. The Embodied Nervous System Resets is an immersive, interactive experience that will help to release stuck tension and trauma stored in the body in order to welcome one into a state of increased regulation and relaxation.

This is a somatic, sensory based experience where sound, visualization, body awareness exploration, vocalizations, and simple movement practices are combined, ensuring you will leave with a refreshed and renewed nervous system.

Jen Donovan is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises Provider, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, and Certified Gut and Psychology Syndrome Practitioner. Jen completely rebuilt her life and career as a result of her experience with severe chronic illness. After finding no answers from conventional medical approaches, she took matters into her own hands and with the help of key mentors, found another path to health.

With her diverse training in mental health, nervous system regulation, ancestral nutrition, and the gut microbiome, she now works full time in a thriving private practice helping people around the world find a holistic approach to their complex health experiences.

Mike Welch is a personal trainer, Acrofit certified instructor, and Neuromeditation level 2 certified instructor with an AAS in Exercise Science. His comprehensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology, integrative movement and energetic practices provide the spiritual and physical underpinnings of our work.

Mike shifted his career into the world of fitness after he was laid off from his high stress job in the tech industry. He pursued exercise and lifestyle changes as a remedy to his mental health challenges including PTSD, depression and anxiety. Mike found some aspects of the fitness world lacking in it’s understanding of the nervous system and subtle bodies, and began exploring meditation and spiritual practices. He has been trained as a Neuro Meditation Instructor Level 2 through the Neuro Meditation Institute.
