Kiddos 3 yrs.+ & Must be able to use the restroom un-assisted. Limited to 15 children.

During drop off, each guardian must provide a telephone number where they can be reached, a list of any allergies their child(ren) may have, & the name of the Guardian whom will be picking up.

During puck-up, each Guardian must provide proof of identification that matches the name provided for pick-up.

An Instructor with CPR Certification will be on site at all times.
We will have blankets, bolsters, stools, and chairs for your comfort.
All are welcome, including those who are new to Reiki. Due to the specificity of this event’s intent and the limited space, we ask that only those individuals who identify as transgender or support an individual in the trans community attend.
A Reiki share, also known as Reiki circle, is a gathering of individuals who participate in giving and receiving Reiki within an atmosphere of community, friendship, generosity, safety, and love. The energy of the group creates a beautiful space of love and healing. Open to all with or without prior Reiki experience. Attendance is limited to 20 for comfort in Our space.
Helene Williams has been practicing Reiki for 15+ years including in hospital settings & corporate environments. Helene’s vision is, “that Reiki be embraced as a spiritual practice for healing, compassion, and well-being.”
Rebecca Hawkes pursued her Graduate Level Certification in Mindfulness through Lesley University then went on to complete her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training. Rebecca quickly learned that yoga is not just about the body, but about mindfulness embodied with mind and spirit, personal responsibility, integrity, and authentic communication. Rebecca integrates ancient mindfulness lessons with movement, allowing for learning to become visceral and remembered at a spirit level.

Week 1: Exploration & Overview of each of the 8 Limbs of Yoga, Sunday, 4/14, 2:00- 4:00 pm
Week 2: Deeper Discussions with Ample Time for Questions, Sunday 4/21, 2:00- 4:00 pm

We chose mountains as a symbol for this group because they capture the aspects of earth, solidity, and centeredness. They also reach upwards towards the heavens, calling us to grow and find our higher purpose.
Keith Silliman-Matthews leads this 60 minute workshop will include guided meditation, sharing and dialogue. Monthly, a volunteer group Member or guest will bring something to share- adding discovery and interest each month.
