Set sail on a high seas yoga journey filled with the smooth tones of some of your favorite laid-back, west coast tunes. Let the light, catchy melodies lead the way, and leave all the other details of this playful vinyasa experience up to Captain Maggie. Nautical stripes and kerchiefs are encouraged, but not required.

 

Deadheads, where are you? How are you? Join Jenny Bones for a Vinyasa class set to the tune of a classic live Grateful Dead show. Wear your tie die and patchwork as we start with meditation and breathwork, followed by a flow of postures with room for exploration. We'll wind down with guided relaxation into Savasana. Move and groove to the vibes of 90's rock, pop, alternative, and hip-hop! Led by Jessie, this is bound to be “hella rad” flow, finishing with a savasana that will help you have the ultimate “chillax” session!

 

 

Come celebrate Spooky season, and join Maggie for a fun flow set to a not-so-typical Halloween-Themed playlist. Music will include a variety of genres, including Goth, 80s hits, classic rock, and more. The veil will be thin and spirits will be high for this night of fright and fun. ALL are welcome!

Move to the melodies of your favorite pop songs from the 80's, 90's, 00's, and more, voiced by symphonies, string quartets, and other instrumental combinations. Megan will lead a fun, yet peaceful, flow designed for practitioners of all levels.
