Every full moon class ends in an extra long Savasana to soak up a
sound bath of crystal bowls and Koshi chimes to shake the dust off
our souls.
This class is held outside, weather permitting. If it rains, or if temperature is below 55 degrees, class will be moved indoors.

Through guided movement, prop drills, and thoughtful practice, you’ll learn how to adapt prop use across styles, from dynamic hatha and vinyasa to restorative and yin yoga.
