full moon experience. We'll flow under the moonlight and learn
about the cosmic energy to be harnessed for reflection and
transformation!
Tarot, smoke cleansing, and other spiritual rituals are infused
through the class to connect our wild hearts to the expansive and
infinite universe.
Every full moon class ends in an extra long Savasana to soak up a
sound bath of crystal bowls and Koshi chimes to shake the dust off
our souls.
This class is held outside, weather permitting. If it rains, or if temperature is below 55 degrees, class will be moved indoors.
The infinitely Empowered Yoga Teacher Training is an 85 hour training registered with yoga alliance.
This training meets for 3 weekends on Fri. 6-9pm, Sat & Sun 8am-5pm

This heart-centered training is designed to equip yoga teachers with the knowledge, skills, and compassion necessary to guide expectant parents through their pregnancy journey using the ancient wisdom and practices of yoga.
Centered on key philosophical foundations, including Karma Yoga (selfless service), Shakti Yoga (divine feminine energy), the physical and hormonal changes the pregnant body undergoes, the anatomy and physiology of the pregnant body, community building, trauma-informed yoga, Ayurvedic nutrition, perinatal mental health and the business of Perinatal Yoga, this training will provide a foundation for teachers to safely guide expecting students during and after pregnancy.
Together, these pillars create a holistic training that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit of both teachers and the students they will guide.
