Take some time to explore the space of the knower within -- and return to the world of action -- in community with like-minded seekers. Together we will activate our inner sparks as we reach for our truest vision of ourselves. We will breathe, move, learn and listen using a tool kit of practices from meditation, hatha yoga, contemplation, and spiritual companionship (deep listening). In a calm, friendly and stimulating environment we will creatively assess which practices best support us as we care for ourselves and show up for others. Come join this unique workshop to connect with seekers like you. Be sure to bring a pen and paper.
This workshop is for anyone who feels the need to use their spiritual work for the benefit of the greater world. Or, for those who are activists but perhaps at the expense of care for themselves. The different experiences of participants will enrich the group and allow us to learn from each other.
