Sep 16, 2018 - Feb 24, 2019

NOURISH is about spending time in a community of women and honoring your own needs. NOURISH is a way of thinking and living that connects you to self-care of your body and mind. We will be talking about food, yes. But not in a way that assumes there is one right way to eat or that we all should be eating the same food. And, nourishment is about more than food. It is about showing up with and for your authentic self to nourish your mind and heart. Are you ready to jump in and create a strong foundation that allows you to live well and feel amazing?

We are on a mission to support you in owning your beautiful radiant self. Together we will engage in a process of discovering what you are craving and how to nourish your many appetites. We will talk about foods to optimize your vitality, we will share practices and rituals that strengthen your relationship to yourself, and we will explore ways of thinking that nourish mind. There will be daily journaling practices and homework assignments to keep you connected to your radiant lifestyle as you move between weekly sessions. We will share tools, resources, recipes, and things we love.

During Ladies Night we gather as daughters, mothers and sisters. We tell our stories and sing our songs with pride. We learn, we heal, and we grow. Michelle Muller leads this Womens' Circle: here is our intruduction from her:

I am a Certified Sacred Women’s Circle Creatrix, Chef, Reiki Practitioner and an earth goddess at heart. I recently purchased my own homestead in Underhill, Vermont and stay busy and fulfilled creating my own safe and healing space with gardens, animals and most importantly, love. I strive to build a self-sustaining homestead where women in my community can gather, cook, talk, heal and support each other. I am honored to guide women on their journey to discovering their voice, strength and truest path. I believe that as women, there are more things that unite us than separate us. Life is a journey and sisterhood makes it a little more beautiful.

As I learn I teach and as I teach I learn. Thank you for walking this path with me and for honoring the Wild Woman within.

Stay safe, stay well ,stay wild!

R E S T : Restorative Yoga with Massage and CBD
Dec 16, 2018 - Dec 16, 2018

This workshop combines the deep relaxation of restorative yoga with massage and hands on adjustments with the healing benefits of CBD oils. Our yoga will be taught by Beth Elise Kruger of Beth Kruger Yoga and Women's Room, hands on adjustments and massage will be provided by Beth, and Emily Jane of Inner Source Massage + Bodywork.

Restorative yoga involves laying around on bolsters and actively doing NOTHING! Sometimes this can be challenging, but the massage, hands on adjustments and oils will help us ease into full relaxation. Restorative yoga also helps to calm the central nervous system, and allows the internal organs to nourish themselves by working less intensely and experiencing replenishing oxygenation.

We will speak briefly about the benefits of CBD oils, and their effects on the body. We will have Elmore Mountain Therapeutics CBD: all natural and organic product to sell before and after the workshop, if you want to take this wonderful antidote to stress and anxiety home with you. $5 off a small bottle, (making cost $40) and $20 off a large bottle (making the cost $100.
