Elegant Spin Pole Combos Without Inversions
Level: Intermediate
You don’t need hard tricks to make spin pole look amazing.
This workshop is about stamina, expression and beautiful movement. We will build elegant spin combinations set to music, focusing on timing, breath,
transitions and how you carry your movement through each rotation.
You will learn how to feel the music and let it shape your pace, accents and
pathways. Small adjustments in entry, body placement and connection to the pole can transform simple spins into something powerful and performance ready. The emphasis is on flow and endurance. Staying upright does not mean staying small. By the end, you will feel stronger, more controlled and more expressive in your spin work.
No inversions required. Just beautifully connected movement that proves you do not need extreme tricks to create impact.
Recommend for Level 2/3 and above
Pre-requisite(s):
Comfortable with pole spins
Familiar with shapes such as chair spins, forearm spins, split grip spins with options provided, arrow, superman, pole sits, flamingo wrist sits and climbs.

Pole Straps: First Flight
Level: Upper Beginner and above
Description:
Ever watched pole straps and thought, I want to try that?
This is your introduction to the world of straps without going upside down.
Using fabric straps attached to the pole, you’ll experience a completely different connection to your movement. The added suspension creates a feeling of lightness and control, allowing spins, air-walk style shapes and transitions to feel smooth, fluid and almost weightless.
We’ll focus on clean lines, supported shapes and confident flow so you can explore straps in a way that feels strong, safe and expressive. If you’ve been curious about straps but not quite ready to invert, this is the perfect place to start.
Recommended for Level 2/3 and Above
Prerequisites:
Confident in fundamental spins including chair spin, knee hooks, carousel, air-walk variations, attitude spin and pole sit. Strong shoulder engagement and ability to support your body weight.
No inversions required, but inversions may be presented as a progression.
