Iyengar Yoga focuss on the purity of the pose and emphasizes tradition over trends. In this class, students will develop stability, mobility and strength through the practice of asanas (yoga postures). There is the opportunity to work at your own level as Karin takes you through a variety of classes ranging from restorative and restful to challenging and invigorating.This class is suitable for students new to yoga as well as those with previous experience.
Come spend your lunch hour in this challenging yoga class! The class is based around Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations) which are a series of linked poses, moving quickly from one to the next. Build balance, agility and strength in this active class. This class is suitable for students with good baseline level of fitness and body awareness.
