Iyengar Yoga focuss on the purity of the pose and emphasizes tradition over trends. In this class, students will develop stability, mobility and strength through the practice of asanas (yoga postures). There is the opportunity to work at your own level as Karin takes you through a variety of classes ranging from restorative and restful to challenging and invigorating.This class is suitable for students new to yoga as well as those with previous experience.

This class allows peers to come together to enhance flexibility, strength, and balance. Staying true to the Iyengar style, attention will be paid to asanas (yoga postures) that increase mobility and strength of the neck, shoulders, spine, legs, and opening of the chest. This class is for people aged 55 and over, however if you prefer a slower paced class and you are under 55, you are more than welcome to register.
