She will gently introduce you to the world of stabilisation as she takes you through a fundamental yet challenging set of exercises with the goal to strengthen and lengthen. This class is suitable for all ages and populations.

It is suitable for people of all fitness levels, but you must be over the age of 55.

This class is aimed at regaining control of your pelvic floor and core muscles as well as learning to expand your ribs and relax your shoulders. These are all common problems women experience after pregnancy and giving birth, but also as we age.

The class is taught by Kinesiologist and Pilates Instructor, Caitlin who has additional training in pelvic health.

Whether you’ve had a vaginal delivery, a c-section, or neither, this class is full of exercises that go beyond kegels to help you to feel strong and connected again.

Classical Pilates- Mat

Classical Pilates is taught the way Joseph Pilates intended and is suitable for people of all ages and abilities.
Crystal will guide you through a specific sequence of floor exercises which can increase breath capacity, flexibility and strength as well as spinal mobility. Throughout the class she will give verbal cues and tactile feedback to ensure that your mind and body are connected.
 
Joseph Pilates is famous for saying:
“ In 10 sessions you’ll feel the difference, in 20 you’ll see the difference and in 30 you’ll have a new body”.
To pay homage to this, classes are twice a week and drop in will not be available.
