From Mind-Fool-Mess to Mindfulness
Mar 29, 2026 - Mar 29, 2026
Yoga of Sound Workshop with live Indian Raga music!

Yoga of Sound (Naad Yog) - explores the middle three of the eight limbs of yoga:

- Energy extension through breath, know as Pranayama
- Drawing your senses inwards, known as Pratyahara
- One pointed concentration for meditation, known as Dharana

Yoga of Sound is a practice from the intersection of Kriya / Tantra Yoga and North Indian Classical music traditions. Here the mind is renewed by breath & focused by music. Your breath is guided and extended by Indian rhythmic cycles. You vibrate your body using mantras in their proper rhythmic durations. This full absorption in sound guides you to the inner sound, the Anahat Naad, which ushers a meditative state.

Led by Dr. Igor Iwanek - TEDx speaker, India trained Yoga of Sound instructor, classical musician trained both in the Western and Indian traditions. Igor taught this practice for the last 10 years in workshops in the USA, Europe and Asia. Igor currently teaches Western & Indian classical music at Boston University.

Strengthening the Vessel - Building the Body for Kundalini Practice
May 9, 2026 - May 9, 2026

Kundalini Yoga is a transformative and energetic practice. Its tools are profound.

Yet as the practice deepens, the body must be prepared to hold and sustain that expansion. To move beyond maintenance or beginner-level engagement, we must strengthen the physical vessel. Stability, structural integrity, and progressive conditioning are essential for vitality, resilience, and long-term growth.

This workshop brings attention to the physical foundation of Kundalini Yoga—so your
practice can evolve safely and powerfully over time.

Through focused movement, practical strength training, and experiential inquiry, you will explore how to:

Develop core strength and structural stability to support energetic work.
Integrate intelligent strength training into a yogic lifestyle.

Build a progressive exercise approach that enhances rather than competes with your
practice.

Understand how physical conditioning increases energetic capacity and resilience
When the body is trained with awareness, the practice expands naturally. Strength
supports steadiness. Stability supports courage. And the current flows more freely.

This work supports:
A deeper personal practice
Sustainable, embodied teaching
Greater capacity and confidence in daily life

Who This Is For
Practitioners ready to move beyond foundational practice
Teachers seeking to fortify their physical base
Students who feel called to deepen safely and sustainably
